DIE-CUTTING.
Using our Bobst 70×100 format die-cutters, we can die-cut sheets to give a form to even your most complex ideas.
We currently have around 4000 cutting dies in stock, covering the broadest range of paper products.
WINDOWING.
Thanks to our windowing department, which is equipped with Kohmann machines featuring an automatic window checking system, we can apply windows in polypropylene or PLA (compostable) to your packing; putting your product at the centre of attention at the in-store, on-shelf selection stage – all without its getting touched or damaged.
FOLDER GLUER.
Four production lines equipped with anti-fragmentation system, up to six fully automated glue points, allow the gluing of large numbers in reduced time and even on the most difficult surfaces thanks to the plasma treatment system.
Depending on requirements, we can offer different types of folding and gluing: linear, four-corner, for auto bottom boxes, American boxes etc.
At the end of the line we carry out scrupulous checks, in order to guarantee the tightest seal and highest quality of the finished product.
CORNERING.
Typically carried out for the textile sector, especially on the inserts for ladies’ hosiery: this process prevents the product from snagging and damage; the cardboard insert is blunted and rounded at the corners.
To carry out the cornering process, we have developed a special machine that is not otherwise available on the market.
